Understanding our refund and credit policy for AI-powered interview preparation services.
1. No Cash Refund Policy
All purchases made on infyskill.com are non-refundable.
- We do not provide refunds in cash, bank transfer, UPI, or cards
- Once payment is completed, it cannot be reversed
2. Credit-Based Refunds Only
In specific cases, refunds will be provided only as platform credits.
These credits:
- Will be added to your Infyskill Student Connect account
- Can be used for any platform features
- Are non-transferable
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
3. Eligible Cases for Credit Refunds
Credit refunds may be considered for:
- Technical issues preventing access
- Duplicate or accidental payments
- Platform-side errors
Approval is at Intervu's discretion
7. How to Request a Credit Refund
Contact support within 7 days of purchase:
Response within 3–5 business days.
